Abstract comments....nothing about data center in abstract...idea of coupling with revenue and societal trend of data centers...include idea of link between data center needs and prison needs...increasing costs of prison are at odds with increasing human rights....the other context is data centers that are (in their construction) antithetical to the concept of a city....your proposal is to couple the two programs/ideas to create a more synergistic solution
comments at third review from David: project space of prison should spatially be dispersed through the city....be clearer that the new cell is in actuality larger (more freedom) than what exists now....because the current space has to include the resource space + the actual prison cell size.......idea that the prisoners are watching the city....link with city infrastructure
