options to consider for schematic design: transportation hub; bucky fan; resource mining; aquatic life enhancement; ryan seaquest?
ReplyDeletebasically, the project is a remediation station/energy harvesting station and transportation hub. the remediation station cleans up the existing garbage and the new that will be coming in. the energy harvesting takes advantage of the open ocean waves and wind. the transportation hub takes advantage of the location, i.e., being in the middle of air and water routes, so it can be utilized for power and energy distribution to the modes of transportation.

3. the "structure" could be a ship that needs to be decommissioned
4. initial structure is used to grow a system for creating bio-rock
5. the bio rock is used to create the pad

7. the island pad is a transportation hub/factory for using the garbage to create bio rock/decommissioning of ships
